The Publicity Department.
Imogen Kalisch and Georgia Purdon are the Marketing and Publicity Team working on CROWNS.
Marketing and Publicity is a technical department that broadcasts and markets a production to the public, and world outside the theatre. Their job usually includes organising media calls, photo-shoots, radio presentations, flash scenes, making of the player, and making and organsing the poster of show.
In our production of CROWNS publicity has made the poster with the help of our production photographer Tom Harvey. They have conducted a various number of photo-shoots that involve all cast members, as well as our stage manager/writer. This has been conducted to create a series of personal cast member photos that are thereafter distributed on Facebook as a social media marketing project. Furthermore this department has incorporated an event of CROWNS on Facebook to further the publicity of our show and help CROWNS draw a wide audience.

The documenatation department includes Dani Qulliam and Anna Lloyd.
The documentation department's job throughout a production is to document all given work, all devised work, all concluded upon work, and thereafter compile all of this information into a series of files, videos, and photos. We as the documentation department are also responsible for the making of the programme as well as the filming of the production, and further photogaphs throughout full tech and dress runs of CROWNS.
In our production of CROWNS; we as the documentation department have decided to make this very blog www.productioncrowns.blogspot.com to further publish our production in a professional medium as well as to inform the audience of the back stage goings on that happen in a production like CROWNS. This blog is our way of compiling all our information and documentation into one website that incorporates videos, photos, text interviews, about the show content, directors notes, stage manager/writer's notes, biographies from cast members as well as all the content of technical departments. This site is database of all our documentation, a place where students can find information they may be interested, and overall a presentation of our production of CROWNS that we as a cast and crew are very proud of. All content of images, videos on this blog as well as the lay out and theme have been designed by Anna Lloyd and Dani Quilliam.
